Congrats to Trey on the win.
Congrats to Carrie on the goose egg.
After 11 straight days of the heat index over 100, it was actually cool this morning. Didn't sweat until the last hill on my morning run. July 3 will be one year since I started working out faithfully. I go 4 days a week and haven't missed many in the last year.

Since I'm not working right now, I keep forgetting to change my team! I may get the next goose egg! How 'bout the driver formerly known as My Bobby leading a few laps yesterday?
