Traditions
Our Sunday school lesson was on traditions (oral law) of the Pharisees. Of course there were many and a lot of them were meant in a good way. Of course we ended the class with this question: what traditions do we have in the church today and are they good or bad? What makes a tradition good or bad? So I'll pose that question to you.
The weather has been wonderful this week. We missed the storms last night, they barely scooted north of us. We are supposed to get some bad storms this Saturday.
I'm taking Carrie to Paducah Friday night for a romantic date. We are going to spend the night in Paducah also.
Macy has little dribblers Thursday night and my nephew Bradys birthday party is Saturday. Busy, busy.

You are right, traditions can be good or bad. If they are man made and taught as law they are bad. God gives us good traditions. Sometimes traditions are just habits. They aren't all bad.
Have fun this weekend!
My opinion...
Traditions are good when they lead to ministry to the hurting / needy / spiritually left behind.
Traiditions are bad when they are just old hat habits that stick around because someone confused them with Jesus Christ.
